In 2018 the non-profit, Youth Finance of America, took on youth from UC Berkeley to assist and lead workshops on financial literacy for high school students in the community. This page particularly is to showcase the impact of the work that we have been able to do over the years. This past couple of years, we have received several awards and recognition for our community work, which we are extremely grateful for, though ultimately we love having the opportunity to give back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In June 2018, YFIA received the Contra Costa County ILSP Achievement Award, for the organization’s work with foster youth. Every year we do several workshops with CCC ILSP youth. We were extremely grateful for the award and we always love working with the ILSP youth and staff!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
